It was declared that the Treaty envisages the measures and procedures on international and national levels aiming at the technologies protection, elaborated during formation and use of space-rocket technologies.
In particular, the Members of the Committee informed that the Treaty regulates the issue on implementation of technologies protection plans, licensing, agreements, certificates and actions on access functioning, physical and legal protection etc.
The Treaty also envisages custom procedure of goods and technologies registration that are protected, solution of problems in case of emergency situations etc.
It was emphasized during the meeting that the Treaty is supposed to form the necessary legal basis for the implementation of the common projects and new treaties conclusion, further development of treaty-legal basis of space sphere cooperation.
Moreover, Treaty ratification facilitates the formation of extra working places.
